Timesheet information for hourly and salary employees.

Hourly Employees


When do I get paid?

Students and hourly employees are paid bi-weekly every other Friday. See specific pay dates for 2024 and 2025.

When is my timesheet due?

Hourly employee timesheets are due the Monday before payday by noon. Emails are sent out as reminders. In the event of a holiday, due date and time will vary.

My timesheet is not available online, what do I do?

Please contact your supervisor and the Human Resources Office immediately so this can be corrected in a timely manner. Your supervisor will work with the Human Resources Office to troubleshoot any timesheet issues. If you cannot obtain access before the payroll deadline, you will have to fill out a manual timesheet and have it signed by your supervisor. Your supervisor will need to submit your manual timesheet to the payroll office.

What if I missed the deadline for entering my hours?

You should notify your supervisor and the Payroll Office. You will need to fill out a manual timesheet. Please contact Human Resources for a manual timesheet form. Please complete your timesheet and have it signed by your supervisor. Your supervisor will need to deliver the signed timesheet to the Payroll Office.

When do I get paid for overtime?

Upon supervisor approval, overtime is calculated after 8 regular hours worked in one day or 40 regular hours in one work week. Overtime pay is calculated at one and a half times your regular hourly rate. Vacation, sick time and holidays are not included in overtime pay. Overtime is based on hours actually worked.

For all hours worked in excess of 12 hours in a day and for all hours worked in excess of eight on the 7th consecutive day of work in a workweek, double the employee鈥檚 regular hourly rate will be calculated for double overtime.

Salary Employees


When do I get paid?

Salary employees are paid semi-monthly, the 1st and 16th of the month. If the 1st or 16th falls on a weekend, pay date will be the Friday before. See specific pay dates for 2024 and 2025.

When are leave reports due?

Salary employees must submit Leave Reports online via my海角社区 for vacation and sick days. Leave reports should be submitted every 1st and 16th of the month. To access your leave report:
  • Go to and enter your user name and password to login
  • From the menu bar scroll down to "Tools" 
  • Click on 鈥淏enefits and Pay Info" 
  • Click on 鈥淟eave Report (Salaried Employees)" 
  • Select leave report period and click 鈥渓eave reports"
  • Select 鈥渆nter hours" on the days you wish to report your vacation/sick time & click 鈥渟ave"
  • Once you are done entering your vacation/sick time, select 鈥渟ubmit for approval"   
Note: Leave reports should be submitted even if no sick or vacation leave is taken.
