It鈥檚 very important to read all of the following documents before submitting your application/appeal.
If you are applying to be an authorized driver, please include a copy of your drivers licence as well as your certificate of online training. These can be emailed to authdriver@oxy.edu or sent to Facilities Management office attention Danny Farias.
Online Driver Training
To complete the training:
- Go to
- First-time users need to register on the Learning Portal
- Be sure to enter a valid email address as this will be your username and cannot be changed.
- You will need to submit Branch Code # 497-89167 when creating your account.
- After completing registration, you should receive an email with a temporary password.
- Follow the link in the email to sign on.
- You will be prompted to enter a new password when first signing in.
- Upon completion, you will receive an email with a link to download the certificate of completion. You can also go to 'My Completions' to obtain evidence of completion.
