Booking your event
In order to reserve the venue and services for your event, we require the following:
- A non-refundable payment for the full site rental fee.
- A signed Special Event Agreement Form.
- Receive an event Planner
(Personal checks are an acceptable form of payment for Site Reservation Payment only. Please see payment schedule for acceptable forms of payment for second and final payments.)
Contract
A formal contract is required and must be finalized within 90 days of your event.
We will need the following information to include in your contract:
- Catering guarantee: Estimated minimum number of attendees
- Venue selection
- Catering selections
- General timeline
- Selection of linen / napkin colors
Payment Schedule
The College accepts payment by cash, cashier's check, or money order. Credit cards, personal or business checks and purchase orders are not accepted. Checks shall be made payable to "海角社区."
Payment 1
Full site rental fee in order to reserve the facilities and services. Payment is non-refundable.
Payment 2
50% of the balance of the mimimum estimated charges shall be made no later than 60 days prior to the event.
Final Payment
Full and complete payment of the mimimum estimated charges shall be made no later than 10 days prior to the event.
Insurance
Comprehensive general liability insurance is required by the College. Minimum limits of $1M per occurance.
(College will purchase this insurance on Client's behalf and bill client purchasing fee, unless client can provide insurance with full requirements. Please inquire.)
