Assistant Director of Student Conduct & Restorative Practices
Juan was born in Michoacan, Mexico and his family emigrated to Chicago in August of 2002. He attended Illinois Wesleyan University where he studied political science. Juan then pursued his Juris Doctorate at DePaul University College of Law. Juan became passionate about the power of restorative justice, which led him to also receive his Masters in Restorative Justice at Vermont Law and Graduate School. Outside of work, Juan spends time with friends and family, loves superhero movies, and is a passionate fan of the Los Angeles Chargers for over a decade.
